Chief Executive Officer

Major General Deepak Mehra (Retd.) is a decorated veteran of the Indian Army with extensive leadership experience in military strategy, international relations, and security operations. He served as the Indian Military Attaché in Moscow and has been awarded the Kirti Chakra, Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, and Vishisht Seva Medal for gallantry and distinguished service.

As Chief Executive Officer of ThorSec Global, he is responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, overseeing project implementation, and building high-impact partnerships across defense, security, and technology sectors.

He brings a strong academic foundation in geopolitics, specializing in Russian affairs, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in the field. He previously served as Director of the School of Internal Security and Smart Policing at Rashtriya Raksha University, where he led institutional programs focused on internal security, policy, and innovation.

Colonel Nidhish Bhatnagar (Retd.)

Strategic Advisor, Technology & Training

Colonel Nidhish Bhatnagar (Retd.) is a seasoned military veteran and technology strategist with over 25 years of service in the Indian Army. Post-retirement, he has held leadership roles across corporate, government, and academic sectors, driving advancements in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and national security innovation.

At ThorSec Global, he serves as a Strategic Advisor, contributing his expertise in defense technology, digital infrastructure, and strategic planning. His past roles include Head of Defence Programs at Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Chief of Staff in the Ministries of Information & Broadcasting and Youth Affairs & Sports, and Director of key academic schools at Rashtriya Raksha University.

An alumnus of IIT Delhi, the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (Mhow), and the Defence Services Staff College (Wellington), he continues to shape national and international cybersecurity and defense technology strategies through advisory roles and high-level committee memberships.
